Information We Collect
- Contact and shipping details — name, email, phone number, and shipping address, collected when you place an order or update your profile.
- Phone verification — your phone number is verified via a one-time password (OTP) at checkout to confirm your order.
- Order details — items purchased, cart contents, and order history.
- Wishlist — product selections you save are stored on your device; we do not store your wishlist contents on our servers beyond product identifiers.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by our payment partner in accordance with their own security and privacy standards. The specific payment partner we use may change or vary by transaction as we work with one or more licensed payment processors.
Location Data for Delivery
When you enter a postal (PIN) code at checkout, we use a third-party postal lookup service to auto-fill your city and state. This request only contains the PIN code you enter — no other personal information is shared with this service.
Advertising & App Install Attribution
We may run advertising campaigns (for example, on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram) to promote the App. These campaigns may use Meta's advertising SDK to measure which campaigns led to an app install. This can involve sharing device- and advertising-related identifiers with Meta for attribution purposes.
We do not display third-party advertisements within the App. This SDK is used only to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns, not to show you ads inside the App. On iOS, you will be asked for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any such tracking occurs, and you may decline at any time.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device, using secure device storage:
- Your login session (so you don't need to verify your phone every time)
- Your shopping cart
- Your wishlist selections
