We want your Belirams purchase to be one you're happy with. We take every care to photograph and describe our pieces accurately, but we understand it can be difficult to judge a handcrafted piece from photos alone — so if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to accept a return.
Return Window
You may return an eligible item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the amount paid, or for an exchange.
Eligibility
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and the invoice included.
- Returns are accepted only for items that were in stock and ready-made at the time of order. Items that were custom or made to order may not be eligible for return, or may incur a re-stocking deduction — we'll let you know at the time of your enquiry if this applies to your item.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp from the item's page in the App, or call us at +91 98110 26901 or 011-40588765 (Mon–Sun, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM). You can send the item back to us by courier, or bring it to any of our showrooms (Delhi – South Extension, Gurgaon, or Delhi – Rajouri Garden).
If returning by courier, return shipping is at your own expense, and delivery/handling charges (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds for online payments are credited back to your original payment method; refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be arranged via bank transfer — we'll ask for your bank details when we confirm the return.
