Welcome to Belirams. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Belirams mobile app (the "App") and your purchases made through it. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Delivery Policy, and Payment Options. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through the App. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (name, contact details, shipping address) is true, accurate, and complete.
Account & Mobile Verification
The App does not require a traditional account or password. To place an order, we verify your mobile number using a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping your device and phone number secure, and for all orders placed after successful verification.
Products & Descriptions
Belirams offers silver gift items, silver-plated items, artistic silver arts and artifacts, and silver jewelry. We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variations in color, finish, or size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, screen display differences, or photography lighting. Weight and dimensions shown for Pure Silver items are based on the selected size and may vary marginally piece to piece, as is typical of hand-finished silver.
Pricing
Prices displayed in the App are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. For Pure Silver products, prices are calculated based on the current market rate of silver at the time of order and the making charge for that piece — this means prices for Pure Silver items may change without prior notice as silver rates fluctuate. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel an order placed as a result of such an error, with a full refund where payment has already been made.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order through the App is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity — even after an order confirmation has been shown or sent.
Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and online payment for all orders — see our Payment Options page for full details and any order-value conditions that apply. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by our payment partner in accordance with their own security standards.
Shipping & Delivery
See our Delivery Policy for shipping locations, charges, and estimated delivery times. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier; shipments are insured in transit.

Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and the Belirams name and marks — is the property of Belirams or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems, or to use the App to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belirams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or purchase of products through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
